  • An office area off living room where the lounge converts to fold out bed for a fifth person. Please note we do not provide linen for this and there is only one really high window with no blind.

  • Split system heating and cooling in the living areas, and ceiling fans / portable heaters in the two bedrooms.

  • Up to two pets welcome but not on couches or beds please.

  • Rear off-street parking for three cars including a carport.

  • All linen and towels provided
